NOTICE TO MEMBERS
Pula Medical Aid Fund (PULA) members are informed that the Special General Meeting
(SGM) Report of the meeting scheduled for 07 October 2011 will be availed to members
through three (3) different vehicles (as shown below), taking into consideration previous
members' preferences and cost of printing and dispatching the Report.
(1) E-mail
(2) Web access
(3) Hard copies
Members are, therefore, urged to note the following:
(a) Soft copies of the SGM Report will be sent to members who have provided the
Administrators with their email addresses and those willing to receive the Report
through email are urged to provide their email addresses to facilitate prompt
e-mailing of the Report
(b) Hard copies will only be issued to those with no access to electronic communication
media and will be delivered to their respective employer groups. Members are urged
to collect hard copies from their employers' offices or Human Resources Department
as is relevant.
(c) The Proxy Form and the SGM Report will be available and can be downloaded from
the PULA website: www.pulamed.co.bw, to access the Report; Members will have
to enter their membership number and surname at the homepage or the downloads
page of the website.
The Administrators of Pula Medical Aid Fund would like to take this opportunity to
request members to update their contact details in order to facilitate easier and efficient
communication.
